The Power of the Pause

A Course & Workbook Towards Greater Mind-Body Connection and Improved Resilience.

There is always going to be something. We have choices about how care for ourselves that impact how we respond to the inevitable challenges that life throws at us.

The Pause is an opportunity to check in with your inner wisdom - the deep knowing of your body - and to get curious about the choices that you can make.

The book is a 10-week interactive course that teaches you why and how to Pause, in the way the is most effective for you. You'll learn about your nervous system, how the stress reaction works, and why eliminating stress isn't a sustainable long-term strategy. There are questions for reflection, guided meditations and exercises that you access via QR codes to help you get out of your head and into your body. There are no rules to follow, no right or wrong - but principles you can use to guide you in any situation.
